Paris Fashion Week | Mugler Fall/Winter 2013

Nicola Formichetti and Romain Kremer made a futuristic collection for Mugler at Paris Fashion Week Fall Winter 2013 2014. Much of the collection had military-inspired and we could see pieces like velcro-closed “bulletproof” vests, flight jackets, bombers and radioactive neon suits and knits. “The collection is about digging into the brands DNA, exploring new FABRICS, bringing tailoring to a further level with military and active wear inspirations. It is about the ability to become somebody else in the digital world” said Formichetti.

Nicola Formichetti y Romain Kremer hicieron una colección futurista para Mugler durante la semana de la moda en París. Gran parte de la colección tuvo inspiración militar y pudimos ver prendas como chalecos en velcro a prueba de balas, chaquetas de vuelo, bombarderos y trajes radioactivos en color neón. “La colección está a punto de cavar en el ADN de las marcas, gracias a la exploración de nuevos tejidos, con lo que lograremos que sastrería entre a un nivel superior. Se trata de la capacidad de convertirse en otra persona en el mundo digital”, dijo Formichetti.
